Italian Sausage in Chardonnay
Easiest recipe for the buffet table!

- 5 lb Italian sausage sweet or mild
- 1 Bottle Chardonnay
- Mustard for Dipping
Cut each sausage link into 4 pieces
Place in oven proof and cover with white wine
Cover and bring to a boil.
Once boiling reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 40 minutes or until fully cooked, stirring occasionally
Once cooked thru spoon onto a rimmed sheet pan lined with foil. You can broil or 2-3 minutes or pop into oven at 400° until browned and maybe even a bit crunchy on the ends.
Remove to serving dish , allowing to cool slightly. Serve with mustard dipping sauce
