Klein's Imperial Crab

Easy but delicious crab appetizer or entree

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine all ingredients and divide evenly among 6 ovenproof ramekins
  • Bake 15 minutes until bubbly and browned.
