Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Chili Sauce
  • 8 Ounce Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo Not Low Fat
  • 1/4 Cup Minced Onion (I used 1 small onion and grated it in place of 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tsp Prepared Horseradish
  • 4 1/2 Ounce Salad Shrimp (I used 1/2 of a 12 oz pkg frozen small shrimp & cut them)

Instructions
 

  • Thaw shrimp if frozen. If small shrimp in place of the salad shrimp, cut in thirds. Reserve a few shrimp for garnish( so pretty - wait until you see)
  • Beat with hand mixer..combining well..cream cheese and then gradually add in chili sauce.
  • Mix in mayo, onion and prepared horseradish. Beat until really thick and fluffy.
  • Fold in shrimp.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Place in serving bowl and top with reserved whole shrimp.
