Pork Chops and Green Beans in Garlic Sauce

Tasty change up from plain pork chops

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Pork Chops 1" thick
  • 1 lb Green beans trimmed and blanched
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Chicken bone broth or Chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 recipe of seasoning

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Italian Seasoning or Dried Parsley
  • ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all seasoning ingredients and set aside
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-heat. Sprinkle each chop with seasoning mix. Brown chops 7 minutes ; turn and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Until a pretty brown. Remove to plate and tent with foil.
  • Melt butter in same skillet; add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Stir cornstarch into lemon juice. Add to warmed bone broth and any remaining seasoning mix. Pour into skillet whisking to combine without lumping..
  • Simmer until thickened.
  • Add green beans and cooked pork chops back to skillet.
  • Cook until heated thru and then serve.
