Pork Chops and Green Beans in Garlic Sauce
Tasty change up from plain pork chops

- 2 lbs Pork Chops 1" thick
- 1 lb Green beans trimmed and blanched
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Chicken bone broth or Chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- 1 recipe of seasoning
Seasoning
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Italian Seasoning or Dried Parsley
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Combine all seasoning ingredients and set aside
Heat oil in skillet over medium-heat. Sprinkle each chop with seasoning mix. Brown chops 7 minutes ; turn and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Until a pretty brown. Remove to plate and tent with foil.
Melt butter in same skillet; add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
Stir cornstarch into lemon juice. Add to warmed bone broth and any remaining seasoning mix. Pour into skillet whisking to combine without lumping..
Simmer until thickened.
Add green beans and cooked pork chops back to skillet.
Cook until heated thru and then serve.
